I really appreciate all the help from Mario, Jorge and Alfredo as they quickly scoped and mitigated our issue at our home. This was especially important as my wife and I were just days away from having our first child, so really important to have the mold issue mitigated. Thank you to all three of you!

My name is Mickie Frellick and I can’t begin to express how wonderful my experience was with SERVPRO Morton Groves. My basement in Chicago was destroyed with over 9 inches of sewage. During my initial phone call with Jacqy I knew I was in the best hands. She was immediately reassuring and incredibly helpful and responsive. She talked me off of numerous ledges during the entire process. Mario showed up within a day and was thorough and experienced, but also extremely compassionate. He gave me a VERY fare quote. I had done my shopping and his was the best. Chris and Jorge and crew showed up and did the job quickly and efficiently. They all went above and beyond. Truly. The entire team made a horrible situation manageable. I am very grateful for all of their hard work. I give them an A+.

We have now used SERVPRO twice due to our basement flooding. They are great to work with and come out very quickly after you reach out. For this time, we had flooding in our basement on Sunday morning, they had a rep out Sunday evening to give us a quote and a cleaning crew out Monday morning. They are very efficient and great to work with throughout the whole process. Jorge was the main contact on site and Jacqy was our contact afterwards and both were very professional and responsive to all of the questions we had. Hopefully we don’t have to use them again, but if the basement does flood, they will be the first people we call. They also are a preferred vendor for Statefarm which made it very easy when filing a claim.

Do yourselves a favor and use SERVPRO! Tom and his staff are so honest and won't leave you disappointed. Jacqy is the most helpful office manager - she is so reliable and will go above and beyond in making sure that everything runs smoothly! We had Chris as our point person with our service provided and he was awesome-he ensured that him and his staff sealed off our areas appropriately and was even kind enough to leave it up for me since he knew more work would be done. Mario has also been great with answering any questions that came up throughout the process. Thanks for the work!

SERVPRO has been great, handling the remediation of water damage from an upstairs neighbor that leaked into my place. Their staff is friendly, responsive and punctual. The initial inspection was fast and Mario was very thorough when explaining the process. When Mario and team came back and did the initial remediation they were very thorough, and explained what they were doing and why. It went very smoothly. The office manager Jacqy has been incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions promptly and completely. She is an effective communicator, and I am very happy with her proactive efforts to keep me updated. They are a well-run, professional shop and I'm glad I chose them for my remediation.

It is always nice to write a 5-star review for truly great service.  SERVPRO deserves credit for a job well done and for fixing what was a nightmare experience with another company.

We started out with another company to address a mold issue.  They were fired for their poor quality of work, but it put us in a tough spot trying to find someone to do it correctly after the fact.  

I called and first spoke to the office staff on the phone.  She was wonderful, asked a lot of questions, and was very empathetic to the situation.  She put me into contact with the production manager and a couple of hours later he was in our home to assess the situation and strategize our next steps.  He was knowledgeable and about the mold remediation process and proposed a plan that would pick up where the others left off and correct the problems the other company left behind.  

The Production Manager arranged to have a crew on-site the next morning. and showed up to make sure everyone was on the same page.  That and the great crew put our mind at ease.  The crew did an amazing job and exceeded our expectations.  They kept everything clean and did everything that was promised.

I recommend selecting these people first rather than having them come in after the fact.  Kudos to a great team and thank you for the great experience!

Mario came to check out our storage locker as it had water back-up into it.

I was so anxious about possibly having to empty the entire contents and was also anxious about possibly getting a growth of mold that would cause more issues.  Not to mention that we would incur a huge cost that our insurance would not cover.

Mario was easy-going, knowledgeable and thorough in checking out the entire locker.  He used his moisture meter to check all of the walls.  He made me feel at ease and reassured me with his expertise that the area was dry and did not need further treatment.  Either way I had full trust in his knowledge and experience.

I contacted this SERVPRO location to help with a deep clean of a new home I just purchased. The owner reviewed what services they could provide and provided same day service. The crew arrived on time, walked through the job with me, and completed it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Tom and his team to anyone in need of cleanup/removal services. I would without a doubt use them again.

It was a quiet Sunday until a pipe burst in my wall, needless to say me staying calm was not in the cards.  Tom was amazing, as soon as the plumber left Tom and his crew were there.  Tom talked me through every detail and had the area disinfected and drying within 30 mins.  The professionalism and knowledge was second to none.  In this day and age it's so comforting to know a company that looks out for you in a time of need and doesn't take advantage of your misfortune. Thank you SERVPRO, and thank you to the entire crew.

I was really impressed with SERVPRO.  The representative, who seemed to be in management, who came to meet me was honest and did not try to pad the bill.  He explained in an understandable manner what needed to be done, what did not need to be done and the time frame.  I found him to be very knowledgeable and a good resource.  The representative was patient and answered all of my questions.  I was happy with the service from SERVPRO.

Part of my ceiling fell in after a pipe broke in my attic. I was able to get a quick response from SERVPRO.  They were able to come out right away, assess the damage and start the clean up process. The whole team was friendly and helpful.  I would use this company again.

Thank you for all of your help during the water incident that took place in our new home.  You saved us from damages that could've been way worse and guided us tremendously,  We met under unfortunate circumstances, but we are grateful to have gained a friend out of it!

While we were out of town we got news there was 4" of sewer water in our finished basement. Tom and the team from SERVPRO of Morton Grove/East Niles were incredibly responsive. Showed up at 11pm on Labor Day to assess the damage. They started the clean up process the next day - all while we were gone. They communicated with us, sent us pictures and completed the cleanup. They saved what they could but were also very honest about what needed to go for safety reasons. They also communicated directly with our insurance company and submitted the claims for us. While I sincerely hope to never go through this again, if we did I would not hesitate to use SERVPRO of Morton Grove/East Niles again.

They were wonderful!  I have very high expectations when being provided a service in my home.  ALL SERVPRO of Morton Grove/East Niles employees have surpassed these expectations.

Had a pipe leak in my home, and I called SERVPRO of Morton Grove/ East Niles because my neighbors had used them once and they could not stop talking about how excellent the service was, I called and spoke to the owner Tom whom is extremely knowledgeable and nice. One of the scariest things I have ever had to face was a fire in my home. They acted fast and also comforted me. All the damage has been repaired, so we can move on with our lives.

Not only did they do an excellent job but they showed up quickly! I loved calling them to help me, there was no stress involved in having them in my home for the cleanup! I will never use anyone other than SERVPRO!

I was having a moisture/mold issue and needed someone to take a look at it. I called this SERVPRO and talked to the owner who was very helpful.  He said he would have someone out within the hour and sure enough he was personally at my house 40 minutes later.  Now I live in Downers Grove so the fact that they were able to get to me so fast surprised me!  He ran a few tests to check humidity levels and then when inspecting the crawl space, he found a leaking pipe. His ability to find the source of the problem almost immediately was refreshing.  He didn't waste any time in solving my problem. I had a plumber out the next day and my humidity issue was gone within about a week.  Thank you SERVPRO!

Tom was fantastic.  He came out to our house and assessed our basement. He was incredibly helpful both on the phone and in person.  He was courteous, timely, communicative, and answered all our questions.  He reviewed all of our concerns, walked through all our options clearly and patiently, and helped us figure out the best course of action.  Would 100% recommend Tom and SERVPRO, and will definitely hire them again.
